In Progress Crashing on load screen, seconds after trying to launch

Summary: My game is crashing in the load screen, when the horse is running with the banner. It provides the prompt "This application faced a problem" etc, but the crash reporting tells me it has failed when I try and submit it. I have 250 hours in the game, and this just started this week.
How to Reproduce: Happens every time I try to start
Have you used cheats and if so which: I had mods installed originally but have removed them all and done a vanilla install, as well as removing the old game files

same problem i have uninstalled and installed the game many time, the crash uploader tool don't work it say "failed try sending again"

Could you send us the contents of this folder?
C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\logs
ProgramData is a hidden folder.
You can send us these with the ticket system.

i can upload only 3 files, witch one do i have to upload?
in the logs folder there are 4 crushuploader files, 1 launcher_log and 2 rgl_log

yes i keep the game constantly updated via steam

The version number is 1.7.1.310948. I believe the dump system is not updated for older versions. Please try to reproduce this crash on the latest version of the game (v1.1.4) and save the crash id so that we can take a look.
