Need More Info Crash on entering tavern. As of today: Crash on entering tournaments

Summary:
The game used to crash on opening the tavern menu for about 90% of the cities. Now as of the new update this also happens when entering a tournament. The menu and practice fights are working. Really annoying to not be able to finally gain exp in tournaments.
How to Reproduce:
Entering the same tournament and same taverns again. Cant enter any tournaments. Cant enter about 90% of the taverns.
Version: e.106 however the tavern crashes happend as of e.103 or so.
Computer Specs:
OS: Win 10
GPU: GTX 2080ti
CPU: i5- 6600k
RAM: 16GB Ram
Motherboard: Gigabyte
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): HDD
Note: I dont use any mods.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. We have fixed a considerable amount of the problems we have encountered so far and improved the game performance with the multiple patches we have released. Please make sure that your game, your drivers, and OS are up to date and the game has necessary permissions over your security software. Please let us know if the problem persists after completing these steps and verifying the integrity of the game files through Steam.
