Resolved Combat Speed sudden increase

While playing I noticed that my combat game speed increased greatly. Nearly doubled. I don't know why this is. Its now like playing in fastforward. I tried restarting my system and it didn't fix it. Audio is also playing faster as well. I thought I accidently hit a keyboard short cut for speeding up gameplay but I can't find any setting that effects speed and there's no documentation to this effect anywhere.
