I don't know if this changes anything but have you tried putting "load_mod_resource = skeletons " back below "load_resource = particle_meshes"?
Also make sure to use "actions.txt". Does the game still display the vanilla animations?
Last case scenario try reinstalling.

now i reinstalled that mod to vanilla native and tried to open singleplayer then i got that error

I wrote the name of Pope Lazarou Nun in the thank you section. I put the mod's files into its own mode and it worked flawlessly.
