Changing lord party size?

I apologise if this has been discussed but i can't seem to find it.
Where in the module system do i need to look to change the size of lords' parties? Also, where do i need to go to change town/castle garrison sizes?

The maximum garrison of a walled center is dependent on its wealth (look for reinforcement_cost in module_simple_triggers).

In native module system it is not commented. Any mods I don't know.

Every script has a description above it regarding its use and parameters in comments. May be you are seeing that.

The original script id is party_get_ideal_size and when you call it script_ prefix is added before it so it is called as script_party_get_ideal_size
