I find this very annoying that when you die, you can expect plenty of your troops to drop like flies, because Archers for example start doing the skirmish, which consists of walking back and forth like idiots, barely shooting and when they do, they make sure its on the passing by cavalry and they let themselves get destroyed by enemy archers which just keep shooting arrows at them from 10m away, Cavalry do nothing but run around the map achievening actually nothing and infantry just stays in place trying to look tough.
Leads to completely unnecesary losses, when you manage to get yourself tapped by one shot of something and die, and your 40man army gets half of itself killed against the remaining 10 enemies.
