Are there any modders, who's trying to create scenes for vanilla game world?

Hello, everyone!

Any modders here who's trying to add new scenes to vanilla game map? From what I can see now, modders create maps (and a pretty good ones), but they make them for multiplayer or for custom battles. For a vanilla singleplayer I see only mods for weapons/armour (some of them are pretty good) and also garbage like RPG-7 or AK 47. Or anything like "More looters/bandits" etc.

Maybe it's too difficult to integrate your creations into vanilla map? Just curious, since I'm far from the coding and modding. It's just, I was expecting anyone to start making a game world feel unique and add new battlefields for vanilla singleplayer, but alas. I understand that this process requires time and effort, but since we already have a few good maps, can we hope for scenes for vanilla game world as well?
