Summary: Any companion can make 2 charcoal from 3 wood as long as 1 companion has that perk

How to Reproduce: While smithing, have your companion that has Efficient Charcoal Maker refine 3 hardwoods into 2 charcoals. Then, switch to another companion, but do not select another recipe, just simply hit refine again. You will be able to create 2 charcoals with 3 hardwoods with any character.
