How to Reproduce: Click on the one-hand sword option in free build.
Have you used cheats and if so which: No but I use mods.

RAM: 16 GB

I have this issue as well, and it only occurs once you unlock a certain amount of pieces. Sometimes I can just revert to an earlier save and the crash won't happen.
