youtubes being a ***** (i think)

So when ever i try to access youtube on my pc i get this error

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

No clue what it is, tried googling it and it doesn't answer me.

Strange thing is it only happens on my tower, whilst all other computers in the house can access it fine. Mine was able to access it when i had an ethernet cable plugged in, but now im using wireless instead.

What do you get when you ping youtube.com on both the computer where it works and on the one where it doesn't?

Has the hosts file on the computer been modified?

turns out its just google crome on my system that cannot access it. downloaded firefox and it worked fine...
