SP - General Why slow leveling system is good and should be improved further.

[Thesis]: Current slow XP gain brings RPG elements into the game and encourages player to develop his family members in unique ways.

[Argumentation]: The slow leveling system allows the player to focus on particular skills/perks for every character and develop each one of them into their own personality.

Whereas Warband allowed you to create a superman, in Bannerlord your every family member is going to be special and skilled in their own way.

Example: Ralof is a great warrior and an excellent raider, while his son Hadvar is a brilliant tactician and a good leader. Their cousin Ulfric though, is a successful trader from whom the clan gets most of its money.

This helps player create a bond with every single character they’re going to play as, during one campaign.

[Conclusion]: In my humble opinion, current leveling system should not be facilitated, on the contrary, it should be encouraged and improved.

[To the developers]: You should add an option to switch between family members during the game, so that every one of them could benefit the clan’s standing in the realm. The option could be turned on in the character creation menu.

I agree with this general thesis, however in the current state of the game, it is simply annoying because the balance is not perfected. Factions snowball and paint the whole map before you have a chance to build up an interesting family dynamic like that.
