SP - World Map Weather Feature on Campaign Map

It would really neat to have a weather feature on the campaign map. You'd have a normal year with four seasons, and the map terrain alongside towns and castles would also change with the weather from sunny to snowy etc...... It would be awesome if that could also work so that castles, villages, and towns would look snowy in winter not only on the campaign map but also during battles or when walking around them.
