SP - World Map Count Heroes with a horse in their civilian loadout as mounted for campaign map speed

Currently, if I want a companion to be captain of an infantry unit and don't give them a mount, they will slow down the party on the campaign map.
My suggestion: If a companion/family members has a horse in either their battle OR their civilian loadout, they will be counted as mounted for the campaign map speed.
