weapons not going through both horse and rider

Good day Id like to ask for your help.

As it is in WB I cant damage/kill both horse and rider with couched lance but it is possible with stabbing and even cutting. Would it be possible to make these weapons similar to what happened to couched attack so that if swordcut hits horse it cant hit me then?

You just have to be lucky to get both on a shot with a couched lance, but it is possible to hit both rider and horse separately in the same couched attack.

If the hit boxes overlap very much the cut, thrust or slice will hit both rider and horse, you may notice that many of the double hits are coming in on leg attacks. If nothing else works, then you could fudge the solution by increasing the leg armor of riders by some amount and give the illusion of the horse protecting the rider.

Ye' could kill the rider and the horse with the couch lance in the beta versions of Warband, bt they removed it. I'm also waiting until they make swinging/stabbing through a horse impossible too.
