Need More Info Weaken Empire

Hello i showed Dragon banner to Mochung (Ruler of Khuzait) and ive got quest "Weaken Empire". In about 2 mins quest was failed and now i dont have any main quest. Because "Istana Plan" failed in 2 mins too.
