It would be nice if there was a quick way to calculate how many horses of which types you have.
This is important for players because we need to have a good balance to upgrade troops and provide foot troops with horses for party speed bonuses.
Mock-up:
E.g. We would need new icons for sumpter horses, saddle horses, war mounts, noble mounts... Maybe even throw in an icon for camels.
Currently you have to use the 'logistican' perk to quickly check if you are getting the morale bonus of mounts for foot troops, or else you have to manually add it up if you don't have the perk. You also need to keep an eye on the herd penalty if you have a huge list of different horses that might not be easy to add up quickly.
It would be nicest if there was an element informing you how many foot troops need mounts when in the trade screen for even more quality-of-life improvements.
