Great

Thracian helmets were NOT in use by Byzantines themselves but from Sicily Normans (Latinikon) and some vikings!
If Ficus desires i can RE-sent to him the 13th century Byzantine warriors images in order to make them corectly
with his famous skills!

This helmet is Norman warrior

The faces in native look perfectly reasonable. Or wait, do you want those ugly-ass plastic dolly faces that periodically get released by modders? Those that hardly resemble an actual face?

Yes, well, when I first got on after I downloaded the mod, my character showed up with enough blush to make it look like a baboons ass. I fixed it of course, but some things cannot be unseen....

Let's see the errors of this model.
8c58e247c5ce.jpg

1st : It has a Sicilian Norman helmet .
Some will claim this picture as resourse:

But they forget that the guy with that red helmet is an Anglovarangian guard (Saxon Huscarl )and he is same as him:

Second mistake:
The leather breast plate with the square plates on it IS a steppe culture armor and NOT a byzantine one.
The Varangian on the Left
Varangian_Guard.jpg

uses Tagmatic (imperial) armor set exept his sword/axe and shield.
That tagmatic armor looks like this:
attachment.php

CBUR project is lucky enough to work with an armor recostractor and researcher that is under the sponsor
of Harvard univercity.
So i have no opinions in matters that i do not know but if ANY team requires some basic realism in medieval Roman
(byzatine) warriors please contact me.

Ficus did mention that it's more a showcase of different items rather than a single faction's set. At least, that's what I think he meant with "the mixture of cultures."

The fact is that AnthoniusII is being a **** and uses every oportunity to promote CBUR and "how awesome he is", sorry but if he started the sentence with a common courtesy  "I don't want to sound like a" , "If I may say" ..or something like that, I wouldn't say this.
..or didn't mention that bloody CBUR again
..or used spoilers
