Considering we can find invaliditet (invalidity - being an invalid) in the Rečnik matice srpske (and, I assume, in the Rečnik matice hrvatske) as existing in 1944, we can very well assume that the word invalid exists in the time period of the mod.

Not really.

It was only spelled "Jugoslavia" pre-WWII. In the time this mod is set in, "Yugoslavia" was more favored.
