A duel with a seducer to stop him from banging MC's woman. In case MC looses... you know what happens.
A tournament with marriage or sex as top prize, two cases:
1. MC could organize a tournament for money, but he needs to win it to not loose his woman.
2. Kingdom's heir is a woman. OFC her husband could be selected via political key. BUT! How about finding "the strongest male" for her?

This. Also this would actually help give reason for there to be times of peace and perhaps get the AI to stop going to war at all hours. Make it so that there is a mean time that you need to "spend time" to conceive a child and that the AI heads of clans if they don't have at least two heirs will be reluctant to go to war.

There could be always rivaling noble hunting MC, trying to kill MC, imprison MC, rob MC or do other bad things.

Anyone knows if/when devs fill fix child duplication names in the game? Because newborns have same name as any existing character and both console and mods can't refer to unique objects.
Wonderul Primae Noctis NSFW mod for Bannerlord is plagued with that issue (and it it NOT mod's fault).
