I have 2 "the Outcast" wanderers in the run, both with the same stats. one said to be in a Usek castle and the other in Akkalat for more than 50 in game days (I've been checking since around day 10 to 67) according to the wiki. they're nowhere to be found in these settlements no matter the amount of times I checked, I also looked up every single city in the Khuzait lands without luck.
At day 30 I begun a new save for the run, where the only thing I've been doing is looking out for them in all the cities again, waiting in settlements but it never worked. I ended up activating cheat mode, teleporting all around the map only to finally find one of them (the one from Usek castle) in Sanala (Aserai), and it was never mentioned in the wiki that he's there.
This is the first time something like this happens to me, and this is the first run I have created after the few recent updates. they're usually in neighbor cities if not in the mentioned city, but this time the location was never even updated since day 1. is it even possible for wanderers to be found in a castle? this is so odd.
Conclusion to players reading this: If you're looking for a companion and you encounter this issue, the only viable solution is to active cheats for teleporting around the map to check every tavern until he's found, cpmpanions are always on the move, and with this bug there's no other way to track them consistently...
