Resolved very bad performance

hi im experimenting terrible performance. settings are ultra down and the visual aspect of the game is from less quality than mount and blade 1 but still the FPS are terrible down. have stuttering and all. pretty unplayable. i do the audio limit trick and i limit the size of the battle to 200 but the game still bad.

mi setting is:

mother: ASUS m5a78l-M LX3
processor: FX 6300 AMD
gpu: radeon rx 560 4gb
ram: 8gb
hdd: 2tb

Intel i7 6600k Skylake - CPU is on 90% Usage. Its a paine. Im using the beta. But had it before also.
