Resolved unending battle VC balance mod

A few weeks ago something happenned and when I loose a battle, battle does not end. enemies make their victory cry then just stand there. when I tab it says retreat.
Also I cannot buy folks mead to increase relaitonship with a town. option does not appear.
Does any one know how to fix this? I tried fresh install and new game it did not help. vanilla VC works fine but this happens when I play Balance mod and other mods based on it

Hi camoka,

I am afraid this is forum for "vanilla" VC and therefore We don't know how other mods works.

I think it has something to do with my steam configuration as I seem to be the only one experiencing this. I tried different OS different computer nothing changed.
