In Progress UI disappears after Transferring Troops in the Siege Deployment phrase (defender)

Bug: UI will disappear after completing a Transfer Toop command (F3>F5) if the player is in the Troop Deployment phrase in a Siege Battle. Both the "Begin Battle" and "Auto-deploy" buttons will disappear, making the game stuck.

I can reproduce it every time by:
1. Getting into a Siege Battle as a defender
2. Still in the Troop Deployment phrase, select Archers formation (2nd formation)
3. Transfer Troop (F3>F5)
4. Transfer half of the archers into the 5th formation (empty)
5. Click "Done"
6. UI disappears, can't start the battle
