SP Medieval The Golden Horde (new screens 8th feb)

Users who are viewing this thread

first of all let me say that this is by far my most anticipated mod!

also i am wondering if features like caslte ownership and such are going to be implemented into this mod?

Well, seeing as castle ownership is now in the vanilla game...

We have to take it a step further.

Camp ownership, outpost ownership, Bridge control with tolling?

I have some ideas.... Just theoretical ideas at the moment... About the possibility of implementing crude siege weapons

hay Bad luck about haveing to redo alot of it for 0.730 it looks like a really fun mod. also it might be better now that theres this extra stuff but with all the glitches at the moment and bugs shouldnt you finish the 0.711 one first and w8 till the debugged version is out of 0.730. just a question i aint got much of a idea about moding.

I think the mod tools for .73 will take about as long as the bug fixes. At the moment im just waiting for a new SDK and making model after model after model.

What kind of benefits will there be from joining a particular faction, other than unit types and location? Will one give you better pay, but townspeople offer less for goods while the other is the opposite way around, or what?

At the moment, its a matter of preferance. No faction will offer anything better than any other faction, but people who play differently or like a different appearance will like to play a different faction. Different factions have different armies and "themes" basically.

No offense, Pope, RRraptor, but... Your weapons just don't do it for me anymore. I'll miss you, Estock, Sabre, Heavy Halberd, and Bill. It was fun.

i did some reading, and im wondering if the Battle of Grundwald is being considered in this mod, as i hear it, it was one of the biggest mideval battles and somewhere in this time frame!
