In Progress The Game Launcher does not start

I bought the game yesterday and the game launcher just does not start. When I click on play, a small icon appears on the taskbar, but closes after a few secoonds. I tried to run the game via its executable file in the game's directory. It runs, great, but after a few seconds it crashes during the loading screen. Is there a fix or do I have to wait for a future update?

Some people report random things making it work, but apparently no solution is universal. Seems like we have to wait for a patch.

Yeah, I tried those fixes but none of them worked. Guess we'll have to wait a couple more days. If we waited 8 years, then we can wait for the patch, surely.

Well, now the launcher starts, but game keeps crashing after the Tale Worlds' intro...
