SP - General Stealing Food from Cities and Taverns

There is so much lovely and beautifully done food just sitting around.

I'd love to be able to steal it.

Baskets of raw chickens were my favorite so far.

would be a cool feature and you could get caught by doing it depending on your skills which will result in a breakout game play or you giving up to pay a fine or facing prison
