SP - Quests Smithy Quests / SP Perk Relations

Amazed there aren't any yet. Every skill point should have quest available in relation.

My suggestion for smithy Quests has 3 tiers.
Apprentice: Gather (x) materials. They're needed for (x) reason. You've (x) days.
Journyman: Craft (x) weapons. They're needed for (x) reason. You've (x) days.
Master: Craft (x) weapon. It must be (x) Tier, and named (x) for (x) noble.

Also to note;
Engineering: Smithy Perk Endurance during sieges please.
Roguery: Caravans are too fast. Add perk to hide/ambush under bridges please.
Scouting: Raise from defeating bandits as well please.
Stewart: Additional Village / Settlement Quests please.
Trade: Raise on caravan quest please.

Final Note on Smithy/Weapons:
Can't create couch weapon's.
Can't control stack size on throwing weapons.
Throwing weapons are drastically worse then purchased ones.
Throwing weapon weights are inconceivable. 3 daggers > Heavy swords
Entire weight system needs attention it's imbalanced.
Encumbrance needs further explanation on movement rates.
Throwing weapons encumber you after being dispense. - please drop bags when weapons are gone.
