Resolved Smithing perk bug: siege expert and legendary smith

After choosing legendary smith perk, I still have +1 icon in smithing meaning that I have one unchosen perk. Later at some point when I have my smithing at 275-300, the legendary smithing perk icon disappears and the siege expert starts to appear instead. After I choose this perk, the +1 icon disappears.

Here is the screenshot of my smithing with siege expert selected (while it wasn't there in the beginning). The version is Beta 1.4.3

It also changes what perk is being displayed periodically for me. I don't know if there is a specific trigger for that however.

This has been there since the release. There are so many things that need changed in smithing that I believe the devs just haven't had time to do much with smithing, it requires a deep delve by them. With so many projects the devs have going on atm I believe they just haven't had the time to do much with smithing.
