Small bug fix patch for pre9

Small bug fixes patch: http://www.mbrepository.com/file.php?id=2131 REQUIRES A NEW GAME, unfortunately.  If you don't want to start a new game, just use the .brf and .sco files then.

- fixes recruitment in Latine Empire areas (this may take up to 7 game days to take effect)
- replaces loading screen textures with those made by Amundr
- includes kuauik's fix
- includes LODs for spears
- some minor tweaks to damage
- fix for missing 'norman_helmet'
- also includes a fix for garrison sizes
- LOD fixes for P. landscapes
- scenes laboriously cleaned up by DrTomas to work well with P. Landscapes added
- replaced gauntlet textures which were erroneously deleted
- replaced the coif textures with kuauik's creations

These are the edited scene files, to work fine with PL landscapes. Might missed a few trees here or there, but generaly there shouldin't be any pine trees in the desert or trees growing in a middle of a tavern anymore.

The patch above now includes a fix for garrison sizes.

Not 100% on this, but after installing the patch my guy travels by boat, all the time.

It made my pc freeze.. Had to close the process

Everytime I want to load my game it gives me this error:

Load error: Number of simple triggers in file: 123, exceeds 122

Should I delete a line in that file or what?

Is it save compatible? Since when I load a game it crashes but when I start a new game it runs perfectly...

Remove the simple_triggers.txt file, from this 'patch' that is.  I screwed up somewhere and made it save incompatible.
