Nice gear, did you make it all yourself? I'm guessing that's the star of david on the front of the shield along with a little crescent; is this inspired by the soldiers of Moorish Spain?

Yep, all home-made. The shield is MDF wood with a painted canvas border, the helmet and spearhead are paper mache, and the clothes are from a pakistani wedding shop. The pouch is by far the best part of it though and prevented the outfit being ruined by a backpack. It's a pillowcase tucked under the belt and I thought of it at the last minute.
