Could I please be moved from Cyrlisce Scipmenn to Gent de la Sare, for balance purposes and stuff

If you prefer to play for the Normans, that's fine, but don't switch for balance purposes. If we need volunteers to go Norman, we'll ask.

Truth be told I did a little reading about the battle and I was kinda disgusted with what the expedition did to Norman villages in that battle xD So if you can switch me that would be nice, If you need me to stay Norman just say the word.

Anyway, I also said for balance purposes cuz theres like 90 players in the English side and 76 in the Norman side.
