MP Pavise shields should not be useable on mounts

Short/small shields have no utility in the game (they should weigh less so that light infantry can outrun heavier/longer shield users; but I digress).

Long shields clip through the horse model and so a short/smaller shield should be mandatory when mounting a horse; unless you limit the rider's ability to hold block when the rider is looking straight forward(so that the shield clips through the front of the horse) or at least tilt the animation so that the shield is not clipping through the horse.

I wonder if this would also alleviate the issue of stabbing the horse with a polearm only to strike the shield and deal no damage.
