Resolved Parley is worthless atm

I am assuming this is not something intentional in the game because of how incredibly unfair it seems. My new city with not a large garrison is being sieged by a big army and so I requested a parley with the King. I gave up half of my denars for him to leave me alone and it also said I would not attack the Vlandians for 10 days. However, it gave me no option to have them not attack me for 10 days. So, I gave him the money and literally immediately after he starts to besiege my settlement again... So now I am 11k denars in the hole and probably gonna lose my city regardless. Very frustrating.
