Need More Info Owned castle becomes neutral after being captured by the enemy

Yes, I used mods.
How to Reproduce: Have your castle besieged and captured by the enemy.

Notice how the enemy settlements on the right after properly marked as enemy, but this castle (that is freshly captured from my faction) is not, and so I cannot besiege it.
Version: beta e1.5.5
Installed community-made modifications: Party Management
Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 10

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz

Update: The issue seems to be different. I am not at war with the Urkhunait clan that has since been destroyed. This used to be the leading clan of the Khuzait, but after a few executions it fell to pieces, with only two phantom nobles still in it. I am at war with the entire Khuzait faction, but not with the Urkhunait, which prevents me from capturing their castles.



Notice how the neutral castles have the same emblem, and so belong to the Urkhunait.



Proposing a truce then starting a war again does not fix the issue.
