what if there's no such box in any of the keyboard devices? will i still continue?Open Device Manager.
Dropdown the category "Keyboards"
By each device under the Keyboards Category, Right Click and select "Uninstall Device"
When it asks you to confirm that you want to Uninstall it, there may be a box labeled "Delete the driver software for this device", check it and select "Uninstall"
Restart your computer
Open Device Manager, and right click the device on the top of the categories list and select "Scan for Hardware Changes" (it will probably be called something like Desktop-XXXXXXX
After three minutes run Windows Update and when it's done installing updates, restart your PC and see if that fixed the issue.
