Resolved NPC lord gets stuck after cap castle

After i helped rangvald to capture the castle called Ocs hall then i left quickly the army to sell stuff and prisoners and when i left the town i saw him running in 1 and same place on the bridge and his army (the other NPC´s in the army) no clipping over the sea (sorry no picture forgot to take one, it disappeared after i loaded a auto save) and he was unklickeble i could not rejoin the army even the faction valadians NPC was confused and tried to fight him but just ran around him in a infinite circle

OS: Win 10 swedish
Scene name: Ocs Hall area
How to reproduce: dont know it just happend after taking over Ocs hall
Solved: Re load to old save before it happened
