Resolved Skills stuck at 274 point

Summary:
My blacksmithing skill stuck at 274 work. Even though I work in a blacksmith's all the time, my skills are not improving
How to Reproduce:
Run companing, do save game a few times with a short time interval

Well how much pts do you have in the guideing attribute - Endurance.
And I'm also assumeing you have 5 pts invested in the skill aswell.

To reach 275 you need to have minimum 7 pts in Endurance.
Otherwize you will cap out at 274.
Meaning if you have 6 Endurance and 5pts in blacksmith you will get what you experience.

So make sure you know of this and its not a genuine bug(meaning if it happends and you have 7 end and 5 pts in the skill).

does anyone have a spreadsheet where you see how many you need to reach a certain cap. For example got 8 vigor and 5 focus points in one handed, shows only 220, so I need 14 vigor, to unlock the last perk?
