I have been around PW for aeons, being admin on multiple servers, helping to host some of them and making maps.

Thats quite interesting, considering the majority of servers on PW depend on volunteer work, will be interesting to see if this extra incentive to work harder will work for you, I wish you goodluck as you're going to have plenty of competition.

Yes but they will be in a new post once we have an admin/mod team, we begin work on the server and a idea. Once that is completed the post will advertise the server, rule list and its feature list.

Obv the normal rules apply e.g. DMing and lack of RP...

Well if you ever need some tips for your server you can always contact me, my steam is lordpeton. Been around on PW since V2 and have a large amount of experience with PW servers and managing them, if I'm not currently occupied I'll be happy to help.

What about the rules Grierson, are there any?

I would assume since he is looking for a Head Admin and others via application that he is looking to ready a team for the server before hosting and to discuss what rules the server should have. Merely my speculation however not actual fact.

Yeah we will be going away from xenforo soon, due to a massive amount if issues with it. Im a py django and php programmer, so ill be building my own community site to allow us to get maximum usage out of it. The community is apart of www.darkrhino.com (my company) its a network of gaming companys and community/players. We are providing free highend servers and network usage to people with awesome projects and game changing servers.

I'm a helpful guy, and won't get pissed off that easily. Before doing any admin actions such as slay/kick/ban, I always explain what did the person do wrong and tell him not to do it again. My English skills might not be the best, since i wasn't born in a English country, but i think their good enough for someone to understand. For my admin expierence, been an admin on old EUA, Aachen and owned a server called Spirit.
