Resolved Negative Experience points on wives joining clan

Summary:Most new wives that enter my clan are now coming with negative exp points. My current one has just joined at 19,level 23 with 880515 neg exp,which is the equivalent of almost 3 levels. Probably won’t level up till she’s in her 30’s. Is there any reason for this or is it a bug. Happened in my last play through and is now happening constantly. Seems the younger they are and the better their stats the worse it is. Very frustrating. I assume the last patch hasn’t addressed this issue..

Recently started a new campaign after not playing for months. This issue has not been resolved. Still happening with 2nd generation wives.
