In Progress Need Garrison Troops in Castle Quest Can't be completed

The leader of Brittania gave me a quest to train 4 skirmishers and deliver them to the garrison at his castle. However when I go to the castle the guards won't let me in, and there's no option to finish the quest. I'm guessing it's due to having -1 relation with Caladog. But he did give me the quest despite having -1 relation.

I wish to report the same issue. It's most definitely a bug. I have it in version 1.5.7 stable.
