Native American Tribes?

Are there any mods out there that include any North American Native cultures. Perhaps even a factions or specific troop tree. Maybe even just some weapons or armor?

In this case, that's kind of obscure so it's somewhat justified.

I dont think the search button is useless. But it is rather hit or miss. And no the very first item on the search is usually not going to be exactly what you need, you will probably have to dig a bit.
