Mounted bandits are way too fast

I play as a khuzate and have only horseman in my party and still can't go even close to speed step bandits are moving. I mean 7.1 speed is just rediculous especially when they offer a mission to kill these bandits. They're just impossible to catch

Have you checked that you're not lumbered with loot, herd or prisoners? I can catch steppe bandits fine with a party of 80 Khuzait horse archers.

Nope. I have speed of 6.1 with everyone being archer and basically no loot or prisoners
