Hello all! This time around we're bringing you an externally written blog, by the team working on the music for Bannerlord. There are samples from the soundtrack and some detail about what went into creating the authentic feel for the game's OST!

Everything and everyone is going to die at some point.

I was pointing out peoples attitude on comunity forums in general.

"Some people will never be pleased" I guess.

Over orchestrated.

Would have appreciated the more rural sounding, simpler ensemble sounds for much of the music. It all sounds too western, and much of it sounds cliched.

I just wanna know when this bad boy is going to release. I appreciate the Devs taking their time on it but some sorta hint would be great. :p

Been log sence the last post Here so
I have to post sometihing . ..hmm what do you guys think of
The world in banner lord? Bigger than warband? And what do you think of pahts in the charaters life and choice? I mean that everthing you chose or say have conicences. ...my spelling is the worst kind so im sorry

I hope bannerlord is bigger than warband, Not that there is anything wrong with warbands size. It's just more fun to have a really big world where conquering a country would be more of an obstacle and traveling the world would be a real challange.

Size = less variety + more tedium. Late game is already a boring carpet-siege fest; making it any bigger would just add to the grind.
That's the problem with a game where the player is the only source of agency. Maybe if they allowed you issue siege orders to lords it wouldn't be so bad. But for that to work, a single lord can besiege a castle and win, and that's a whole other can of worms in regards to balance

if bannerlord isn't reworked such that the tedious late game is no longer a problem then i think the size is irrelevant... i actually prefer not to conquer the entirety of calradia anyway. it's more fun to manage a nation that, you know, can have some kind of external conflict to worry about, no?

 i what to buy the soundtrack when they release it!!!! make me remember epic moment in different other game (the witcher serie...Dragon age serie...)

We do not know that at this point. In fact, we know very little. Maybe Bannerlord will introduce new strategic subsystem that is designed specifically for the late game? Something complex enough to allow you to manage your kingdom's finnancial affairs (production and trading with other kingdoms, managing caravan routes and escorts, trade wars, expanded tax and lease administration, etc.) politics (marry this lord to this lady to secure peace with that faction, invite the king of X to discuss attacing Y, attempt assasination of lord Z that is urging others to go to war against you...) and tactical planning (eg. send lords A, B and C to capture this castle and let them take heavy reinforcements from this garrison, during the siege make lords D and E patrol from here to here and attack anyone who approaches, etc.).

The music sounds nice and it looks like there being very careful to make sure that the final game is well received hopefully that wont mean the price is through the roof. after all this game has a large but limited base of fans unlike block buster games that can charge whatever they want and still sell millions of copies.

I don't where to comment but I don't see a suggestion topic but I know there could have been a lot more voice acting in warband to make it an even more awesome game. are they adding more to bannerlord? if so do they need voice actors?

It's discussed at reasonable length in the Bannerlord thread. They were supposedly leaked by an intern or something and show a test environment with many graphical features disabled.

Yepp you can clearliy see that grass is off and some light effects benig low but beside that all looks really good! And if thats low...how about max settings then?
