You make your point sound very reasonable, even if a tad white knighty.. But I for one don't agree, then again I don't want to argue the point either..

But just to point one thing out.. It's not the fans coming up with the sentences like "Coming soon" "It's been a while" or "News" out of the blue. It's TW using them, and then it's nowhere near "soon" or even "news".  So don't make it sound like the community have no reason to be irritated. #BadCommunication

you are forgetting that everyone here is a CEO of a plus 100million dollars game studio with multiple titles under their belts. When we say TW is wrong and should post more stuff, we are talking from experience!

Oh man ...
MBW was my first beloved PC game, so I really looked forward to Bannerlord.
Well, that was years ago.

Nearly 3 (!!!) years ago I wrote a comment at the fifth developer blog. The hope lived on.
Today I'm sitting in front of my screen and only think "Well done".
You are porting MBW to the actual consoles, create "HD" textures for a game which graphics will not be better with "HD" and you updated with an Invasion mode, which is pretty unecessary because there are many Invasion mods.

If you would have used all this time for Bannerlord I'm sure we would at least have one more useful blog entry.

After all this years I guessed that I couldn't be more disappointed after all.
Seems like I was wrong.

Today you lost a fan boy.
Somewhen even the biggest fan will be pushed away by your absolutly catastrophal PR and time management.

I admit I did sound white-knightey. So I wll clarify my meaning: I did not write this wall of text for every complaint about TW's irritating lack of news, but mostly about the underthought (and quite extreme) comments, such as the one quoted on the top of that post. So take this into consideration: I'm also very pissed about the lack of info, but it's not the end of the world; it should not be criteria enough to give up on the game. TW did mention many, many times about soon... or stay tuned!, and this is infuriating. So yes, TW, shame on you for teasng consumers so much. But shame on you extremist people who hate on TW just because they teased us all night long to say "next time you may buy me a drink, good night honey".

Not cool, both of you.

What you must understand is that it's coming from people who are probably the most hyped about it and who've never been through the antagonising 'developer with bad communication' gig. I went through the same angry **** when The Witcher 3 got delayed multiple times with CDProjekt barely throwing us a pittance of information, I posted angry nonsense on the forums like a whole bunch of people did and ultimately lost hype for the game. That is until the game came out, I loved it and all the wait was worthwhile, eventually.

People aren't going to see it straight away and most definitely won't until the game comes out. We've been waiting 6-7 years for a proper sequel, some random guy's point of view isn't going to help much, so really the only thing we can do is to ignore the people who are genuinely upset about this and hope to ourselves that they'll get blown away with the game's release like we probably will.

what do you do when a small kid starts to yell, cry, make a big show in a store because he/she wants that new toy/candy bar? You ignore it, wait for it to blow over so the kid will learn that trick won't work at all. Or you can buy the kid everything the kid wants, and the kid becomes the boss.

fans not companies kids. if you loose them you will break. if every new version of one game take 10 years to develop every child just can play one of them.

Well, it is good to hear that progress is still being made, even if it appears glacial. 

I like the way it is looking & hope to be able to get hold of it in a playable launched state sometime this year.

It will be good if player can create a camp every where in the map and hunt animals and sell the meet and skins for mony.
