Well met indeed, friends. More than half a year ago I began to make this animated film. It took me about 600 hours of exciting (not always) work to complete it in a proper way. So if someday you will decide to rewatch the story, this is the right video. I've remastered it, changed some scenes and corrected small defects. These 18 minutes would be completely impossible without your support, my dear friends. Thank you all!

But the way of his troops is obstructed by the Castle of Maras. The fortress blocks the mountain pass, which is the shortest way to the capital of the Rebel King. Time does not wait, and the castle must be taken at any cost."

"The winter of 1257 was uniquely warm. No harsh frost was seen for more than a month. The last bastions of snow melted and green suddenly dominated the landscape. The grass was a welcoming treat for the horses of the Khanate
The garrison of Yuruma Castle received orders to patrol its borders, in order to protect the domestic farms and villages from the sweeping warbands of the Khanate - since the frost no longer detoured them.
Late at night on the 5th day, the Vaegirs ran into a large band of Khergits. It was nigh impossible to determine their exact size due to the predawn twilight. However, they understood that they must hold their ground no matter what in order to protect their domain.
Not half an hour later the Vaegirs soon realized that the encroaching enemy, assumed to be a mere pillaging band of decent size, appeared to be the vanguard of the Khan’s Great Horde itself. However, it was too late to flee. Alas, at least the biting winter cold has come to the aid of the Vaegirs once more."
