Everybody around us dies in generally realistic conditions, but we are immortal like. It's not challenging. Especially in realistic setup. In realistic setup, having an 40 percent dying probability for combat knock outs would be welcomed. Even if it can be an tick-box option, it would be welcomed too.
Iron Man challenges is a known practice in M&B series. Having an option in the settings menu would also welcomed too, for this known practice/challenge. Something like 80 percent player death chance for combat knock outs, for example.
