Mod idea collection: I want this mod.

This may sound a bit odd, but I would like someone to make a completely new mod, but with a storyline, a bit like prophecy of pendor.
However, it should go;
the game starts in your village etc, with the normal menus.  But when the game officially starts, it says that you have entered thee land of *blah blah blah* and gives you dialogue and then tells you that the village you start in has decided you should be the village elder and from then you can create your own kingdom.

The other main part of the mod would be the possibility to expand on the *manage your village* theme, where after you build all the upgrades, for a certain amount of money you can upgrade your village to become a castle.  Then of course you can upgrade your caste to become a town, the from a town to a capital. 

Of course there is the possibility that people would try and cheat the game by creating all their properties as capitals or towns or whatever, but the mod should be made that only a village can recruit troops and only a castle can create elite troops (maybe? this is just an idea) and the town and Capital could have some kind of economy upgrades, ensuring that the player has to have an even balance of the four kinds of town.

Anyway, that is just an idea, i have no clue how to make it, i am just looking for any new ideas that can be added to the story and if possible, a few people who know and understand how to make new mods to get back to me so we can get a team together an make this .

I would love to see a mod set in the 2nd millennium b.c in Mesopotamia with the babylonians,hittites,sumerians,etc.Or maybe a Dark Ages mod covering the whole of Europe and not just Britain.

I think the Five Kingdoms mod is based on that but i'm not entirely sure

I am kinda in the process of "putting together" a world war 1 mod. As of now its mostly in my head lol, i just down loaded the russian civil war mod last night and got the itch to finally try my had at modding( http://www.mountfanblade.com/index.php?cat=addons&id=40  if you haven't played it, its a truly amazing mod)
now its not going to be 100% historically accurate im going for the fell of early ww1 with some pre ww1 and post ww1 elements, ex...sub machine guns pump action shot guns TONS of bolt action rifles and lots of cool uniforms, zouave's imperial germany, soviet russia, dough-boy, snazzy calvery maybe Zulu imperial england kinda stuff, like a "fantasy ww1" perhaps. I was just kinda thinking their are realy no games covering ww1 and i like the general era.
any way i was just poasting here as a heads up ill get around to hopefully starting a thread or child board or something later today or so.
i would like to implement a lot more things than i have listed but that can wait for now.
if you are at all interested in helping me in any way shape or for just pm me n ill respond asap, im very new at modding and would greatly appreciate any help.

ps sorry if my post is kinda hard 2 follow i haven't slept for like 30 hours and my mind is kinda garbled, ill set up an "offical" thread or board once ive had some time to think and sleep lol

What I'd be really interested in is some historical mod concerning the larger European revolutions during the 18-19th century. Especially the 1848-49 Hungarian revolution. Not just because I'm hungarian, but that period was also the time of national awakening for Romania, Serbia, Croatia and Slovakia, which Austria tried to quell by manipulation and force (even calling the Russians eventually) --> total war in the region. There are also lots of written historical sources from that period so it would be easy to re-construct the feeling of the era, the clothing, the technology etc. especially since some mods already have lots of fitting models. And I haven't even mentioned the many historical figures - Avram Iancu, Artúr Görgey, Josip Jelačić... all loveable heroes of their nations 

And (the best part in the whole !) the player should be able to change history for his/her faction's favor. Found a Romanian Empire, conquer middle-europe by siding with Russia,  establish the Danube Confederacy like Lajos Kossuth wanted, or help the gypsies have their own country 

Fun and education at the same time, with political correctness. Oh boy...

I wonder if there will be a modern apocalypse mod. Where mutants and zombies rise up and start attacking civilians and the remaining nations have to ally in order take control of the Earth. There could also be a robot faction who will kill all humans, zombies, and mutants. Zombies and mutants will be at war with each other. It would be cool to find survivors and build a fort for defense and sleep.

Here is another one of my ideas. What about a mod that takes place during the 1st 2 mummy movies where the world is in chaos and the magi have to stop Imhotep and his followers from conquering the world. Exploring Egypt to find some of his hidden bases. It would be cool to somehow raise the dead to fight on your side to stop Imhotep and have a big undead brawl.
