Missing portraits 1.8.0

When load 1.7.2 saves in 1.8.0 all character portraits are gone(player, clan members, other clan NPSs, even the troops portraits), this lead to immediate crash after opening character or clan screen and click 'Done', same for troops screen? The main character portrait is missing even when cycling trough the saves, before loading one of them using the 1.8.0 modules.

you probably didn't made the right steps to make it sav compatible

Is there any steps to make 1.7.2 saves compatible with 1.8.0, i found nothing in the release notes?
