Mesh moving during action

Hello
I'm uploadig some mesh models, but sometimes happens they're not fixed as the vanilla mesh, during the animation.
What I'm doing wrong on Blender?

Your post should be tagged for Bannerlord, not MB as that's Mount & Blade the game that came before Warband.

The helmet's moving with the animation, suggesting is correctly rigged to the head bone. I presume in Blender the helmet properly covers the head. If so, that suggests that the body you're using in Blender is misaligned with the actual bodies used in game. I suggest you search the Mount & Blade Modding discord bl-3D art to find the correct bodies posted by Ragnar Hrodgarson.
