Summary: Troops ignoring ladders/not able to climb them. I know that this is a known issue, but it's completely insane.

Possible Solution: Give all troops a "use ladder" feature where upon being within range and needing to climb to attack an opponent, they will do so. Instantly snap them on the ladder, and possibly create a "queue" for nearby units attempting to do the same thing. As it stands, the only way they can climb a ladder (the same for the player) is to physically walk to it and walk forwards when facing the ladder. While this has its own benefits, it's impossible for the AI to do so when surrounded by too many peers. This is why they cannot climb ladders, as far as I can tell. It's not about pathing issues, it's about them being shoved out of the way before they can manage to actually initialize the climb-state. By providing an alternative way to climb ladders, any nearby units can find a climbing solution.

How to Reproduce: Bring a lot of troops into a siege.
